This cottage comprises large kitchen/diner having dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, built-in cooker and hob. The large lounge with sofa bed, TV, digibox and DVD player has an original exposed stone wall and oak beams. The stairs rise from the Kitchen to a landing offering separate access to a Bathroom with a bath and shower over, and a large Double Bedroom with king size bed, TV, built in wardrobe and dressing table. A cot is available on request. It offers all-round panoramic views.
All the sheets, pillowcases, towels, teacloths, j-cloths are provided and the kitchens are comprehensively stocked with cutlery, china, iron, ironing board, etc. Barn Farm has a Biodisk and 'eco-friendly' washing-up liquid, dishwasher powder, etc. is in the kitchen for your use. All electricity and oil is included in the price. There is underfloor heating in the lounges and kitchens and combi-boilers for the hot water and upstairs radiators. There are areas for sitting with picnic table and chairs. The cottage is no smoking inside but there is a large gravel courtyard and acres of fields if you need to.
